For over 24 yearsSouth Coast Golf Guide remains the only comprehensive color guide featuring golf courses from the Texas-Louisiana border to Tallahassee, Florida. Course profiles are featured in full color with course information, detailed driving directions, and course statistics. Each state features a map with course contact information and corresponding locator numbers for easy consumer access.



The Objective

The objective of the publication is to inform the consumer, whether in search of a golf vacation or a family vacation, of the quality and affordability of the area’s properties. It also informs the consumer of the convenience and wide variety each location offers.


Serving a dual function as an in-market as well as an out-of-market vehicle, the guide provides valuable information to the consumer in selecting that final destination.

Out-of-Market Distribution: South Coast Golf Guide is distributed in golf retail shops and golf courses throughout the southeast, Midwest, and mid Atlantic states. Courses that meet Golf Digest “Places to Play” standards are the courses being targeted. Target states include: Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Missouri, Arkansas, and Texas. Other distribution venues include area chambers, visitor welcome centers, restaurants, and real estate offices. Additional copies are mailed out upon individual request.


In-Market Distribution: South Coast Golf Guide is distributed to local courses, hotels, condominiums, retail golf shops, and select visitor information centers along the coast. Wire floor racks are in place in high volume locations throughout the region for maximum exposure and accessibility.

Digital Requirements

Preferred materials: All ad materials should be in digital format. PDF files are preferred. Accepted formats are: QuarkXpress (no earlier than 9.5) or InDesign CC (Mac). Include all fonts and imported images. PC formatted ads are again preferred as a PDF file. Other file formats accepted: Photoshop CC tiff/eps/jpeg files (no less than 300 dpi), Illustrator CC eps file with all fonts converted to paths, and any imported images included with Illustrator file.

No Cancellations after published copy deadline. (See above for deadline schedule.) All placements are subject to publisher’s approval. All invoices are due upon receipt. Invoices that have not been paid in sixty days are considered past due. Late fees will apply.
